All returns must be postmarked within
seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item,
place the item securely in its original packaging please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your
return or exchange . Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange . Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Daraz packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box
